Dr. Mazurkiewicz received his Ph.D. and Dr hab. (Dr. of Science) degrees in Poland in the area of Mechanical Engineering. He is a former professor of the Wroclaw Technical University- Poland and University Missouri-Rolla, USA.
Dr. Mazurkiewicz has 40 years of experience (30 patents and 150 publications) in the high pressure liquid jet technology.

Dr. Mazurkiewicz has utilized liquid jet technology in the following applications:
  • high pressure equipment design
  • ultra-pressure generation
  • theoretical and practical solutions for non-conventional jets applications
  • drilling, cleaning and excavation
  • material disintegration
  • powders densification
  • composites formulation and homogenization
  • mechanical tool supported by jets
